Whoops, the drug trafficking, human smugglers work for Maricopa County

After working for nearly a decade for Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department’s special human smuggling unit, Deputy Alfredo Navarrette, 37, was arrested for his alleged involved in human smuggling.  Navarette’s arrest came after a year long investigation.  Authorities found two undocumented immigrants in home Tuesday morning during a search.
